Guatemalan-born and New Jersey & New York–bred, H. SKYWALKER is redefining the boundaries of Hip Hop and Alternative Latin Rap. As co-founder of the independent record label DIB WORLD, alongside his brother JAV 111 GUALÁ, H. continues to build a creative movement rooted in authenticity, versatility, and global sound.
With his self-styled sound “POETIC FLOWS,” H. SKYWALKER merges poetic lyricism in both English and Spanishwith streetwise narratives, creating music that resonates across cultures and generations. His artistry balances introspection with edge — weaving emotion, melody, and rhythm into a signature sound that is unmistakably his own.
H. first discovered hip hop at the age of 12, after his family moved from Guatemala to the United States in 1995, landing in Baltimore, MD. Studying the verses of The Notorious B.I.G., he not only learned English but also found a lifelong passion for writing. Relocating later to New Jersey, he absorbed inspiration from icons like Big Pun and Redman, developing his skills in wordplay and flow.
After a brief return to Guatemala, H. reignited his creative spark in Brooklyn, New York, where he refined his tone, vision, and devotion to the craft — solidifying what would become his signature style: “POETIC FLOWS.”
H. SKYWALKER has been featured in prominent outlets including Thisis50, Hype Magazine, Vents Magazine, Higher Frequency, 24 Hip Hop, and Medium. His latest releases include “Down & Out” featuring Kocky Ka, along with singles “Sheluvmenat,” “Something That Matters,” and “Legacy” — the latter produced by KIDHazel of Slaughter Gang (multi-platinum producer).
